There was a long black hair in my rice, I ordered what they called a pork tonkatsu but it was just pounded breaded pork loin. It wasn’t traditional tonkatsu & didn’t taste like anything. Traditional tonkatsu is thick & flavorful, this was not. They replaced my meal but charged me the new higher price rather than keeping the lesser original meal price. Never coming back here again

We are regulars here. Their sushi is the best, better than any other restaurant. The servers are very friendly and know our orders we are here so often. Highly recommend this restaurant if you like hibachi and sushi.

A wonderful experience! Phenomenal food in a popular location for a reasonable price. If you choose Hibachi for dinner, like my family,... now you're getting a show too.

Osaka- 2 stars There was a couple of things I didn’t like from the establishment. 1) The fried wonton were stale as if they’ve been sitting out all day taste more like onions than anything else, in my opinion not worth the $10. 2) Small portions and the chicken did not seem fresh at all 3) They didn’t ask about allergies. I’m allergic to shrimp and other people ordered that and everything was getting cooked by each other. 4) They offered to bring an ice bucket for our wine since it’s byob but they never brought out the ice. 5) One staff was trying to be funny by staring at my “chest” repeatedly. Made it real obvious too. 6) I don’t know if the other staff did it on purpose or not but he kept making my husband repeat what he said (my husband is Hispanic with an accent but he can be understood well) I know someone maybe might struggle sometimes to understand him but it was the way he approached it which made me uncomfortable. 7) Our chef did the absolute minimum too. I felt there was some energy lacking.

Osaka was a fun spot for hibachi with a group-the food was decent, but the highlight was definitely our chef. He was entertaining, funny, and made the whole table laugh. The portions could’ve been a bit larger, (Rice/Veggies) especially for the price (around $30 a meal), as I expected to leave with leftovers. The edamame was really good and worth ordering again. Overall, a solid experience- I’d come back, but not rushing back.
